Review: For the past 2 years, we have worked closely with DMT. We have seen positive results across our paid social and email marketing accounts. The team are always great help, extremely enthusiastic and are always on hand for any questions, changes and improvements we look to make to the account regularly. Our weekly communication assure us that we’re up to date with the changes, spend and and anything else on our account we should be notified on. We can confidently recommend DMT to anyone looking for a social media and/or marketing agency to guide their business to success!

Review: We have been working with DMT for the last 2 years.. Always been very honest and hard working in their approach and have been an extension of our team despite representing from an agency. Flexibility and being able to adapt to evolving strategies but always putting the brand credit to the extended support team. Driven great success consistently and allowed us to build a platform for future growth.

Review: Been working with DMT for around 18 months and wouldn’t recommend to any small business that’s looking for someone to manage their marketing. We were using Digital Media Team to provide Facebook/Instagram advertising, Google Ads and Email Marketing services. The first warning should have been that they have auto-renewing contracts that are 12 months long. I’m from an agency background and I’ve always found agencies that usually have these terms are ones that can’t usually back up their claims with results.Communication – Poor. Our account manager went on holiday (which is completely fine) but we received no notice about this so when the below issue with the facebook ads happened it seemed we were just being passed around by everyone. This is sort of still ongoing as I don’t have any who our current Account Manager is, considering the premium price point of this agency I think this could be much better.Facebook/Instagram Advertising – Results were unbelievably poor at a ROAS of 0.89 with £2k spend despite being managed by one of their supposedly expert team. For comparison, we were running the ads ourselves with no prior eCommerce facebook ad experience and were achieving 2+ ROAS at a higher level of spend. Harley who is part of their business development team then attempted to justify this poor performance by “You guys have only been live for 7 days and not given us a chance to optimise anything before turning the ads off.” which is complete and utter agency nonsense. As you can tell from initial metrics whether a campaign is going to do any better and a negative ROAS from the offset is shocking. DMT then agreed to terminate this aspect of the contract due to the poor performance.Email marketing – This unfortunately is another service we have had a negative experience with. There has been 2 emails which were failed to be scheduled during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale which is potentially a substantial amount of revenue lost. We then reported this to Ben who provided some compensation for this and we were assured that this hasn’t happened before and wouldn’t happen again. It is now 18/12/2022 and an email was sent out informing about the last day to order for Christmas despite us saying to not send it out due to all of the delays there are with shipping companies. It really appears with emails it doesn’t really matter what you say, DMT will just do whatever they want regardless! This has left us in an extremely difficult position now as we have now had to add DPD back on to our website as a courier to facilitate any orders received from this email being sent out even though they’re having delays as well which is going to increase our customer service workload. When we’re signing off emails there is also quite often basic quality control mistakes that should be spotted prior to being sent to us. For example spelling mistakes, products with different product names and the worst one for us being products advertised as faux mink despite that not being true which is very misleading and is clear on our website. This could have severe repercussions for our brand and reputation. Any brand owner will know how hard it is to build this name and reputation and it too risky to leave it in the hands of this agency in our experience as they seem to have a care free attitude.Google Ads performance is good and it was a pleasure to work with Jamie who was always super responsive and proactive. The only downside to Google Ads is the management fee is on the pricey side which is probably fine for the big brands they work with, but for small businesses it can make the margins quite tough.

Review: I have worked with this agency twice now, as part of previous job roles. Both times they have been outstanding, professional and have gone over and above in terms of their remit.I would certainly recommend them to work with if you are looking for a digital marketing agency.
