Review: We had a terrible experience with our previous web developer and was recommended to go to Ascensor to help us complete our strategy of developing a successful e-commerce website. The service we received was excellent, we worked extremely well with the team at Ascensor and would like to particularly thank Jeannette and Laura for their support, patience and attention to detail throughout the project. We are pleased to say we now have an e-commerce site that functions excellently and is extremely successful, completing a vital part of our marketing strategy. After-sales service is vitally important for us in order to ensure our websites are well maintained and deliver on their goals, and unlike other web developers the after-sales support received by Ascensor is fantastic. We was impressed with Andy’s expertise and so happy with the work done that are halfway through developing our second website with these guys – I would thoroughly recommend them to all.

Review: My new site is ten times better than the one I created myself from an online provider!I can thoroughly recommend Ascensor. Like many business owners I realised that my previous website, purchased from an online provider, needed replacing. The team at Ascensor provided me a new site from their Air Websites range, which meant I had a wide choice of designs and future customisation options.Ascensor’s design and build process has a human touch. The process was professionally project managed at each step by Hannah Lunn, with expert personal guidance on site layout, page design and functionality. Review: Generation Pixel have worked with Ascensor on previous clients websites and find them very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We decided to work with them again on our own, evolving site as we knew we would get the results. We work well together to balance the technical/usability and visually pleasing elements for a great end product and I know it will comply to the latest web standards. Ascensor offered 2 in-house training sessions to use the browser based web editor and I am now loading new content on a weekly basis. They are very helpful to iron out any issues on an on-going basis as the site evolves. We now leave all web design projects in their hands which lets us concentrate on non-web design. Review: At Time Communications, we previously had a ‘pretty’ but very basic website with limited functionality. Through our continued growth and need to provide a better experience to our clients we asked Ascensor to build us a new website. We dealt primarily with Andy and Jeannette who were helpful throughout and ensured that we were kept fully up to date with the project as well as making tweaks along the way.The end result is brilliant and we are very happy with it – regularly receiving positive comments from both a design and functionality point of view. We are receiving enquiries from Google searches now which we previously did not.For me, the content management system makes life easy making any changes to the website and we can access this easily either from mobile or desktop.I’d highly recommend Ascensor to others considering a new website.
